Gold Division

Swimmers in our Gold Division groups are ages 11 and 12, or 5th and 6th grade, and competent in all four strokes (butterfly, backstroke, breastroke, and freestyle). Swimmers in these groups will continue to work on their stroke technique, starts/dive progressions, turns and underwaters, and understand and perform breathing patterns and drill progressions.
